Questions the trade asks
- Can I see prices before I apply?
- Prices are shown to approved accounts only. If you are pricing a job before opening an account, send the schedule to the trade desk and we will quote it.
- Do you sell to homeowners?
- No. ISO Wholesale is trade only. Accounts are open to registered businesses and sole traders working in building, electrical, plumbing, hospitality and property.
- How do I order once I am approved?
- Sign in and order by product code, from a room schedule you upload, or from a saved list you reuse on each job. Orders are confirmed by email with a delivery date.
- Can several people use one account?
- Yes. Add buyers, site managers and accounts staff as users, each with their own login and spending limit if you need one.
- What if a line is not in stock?
- Your account shows stock against every code before you order. Where a line is on back order we show the expected date, and you can choose to split the delivery or hold it.
- Do you supply made to order items?
- Yes, including BG custom grid builds. These are made for your order, so they cannot be returned unless faulty.
Conditions of sale
All supplies are made under the ISO Wholesale conditions of sale, which are sent with your account approval and available from the trade desk on request. They cover ordering, delivery, risk and title, payment, returns and warranty, and they apply in place of any terms on a purchase order.
Manufacturer warranties pass through to you in full. Where a product is faulty within its warranty, contact the trade desk with the order number and we will handle the claim with the manufacturer.
